As you can see it is a simple box with a stack of a 100 cards and a colored die. Don't let the simplicity fool you!
Each card has 6 possible questions, what question is asked depends on the color thrown with the die:
Then you have to answer that question correctly. A good answer gives one point. A wrong answer: ZERO points!
